Synomebio Invited to Attend the Nanxiang Smart City Transformation and Development Promotion Conference and Sign an Agreement

On August 25, the Nanxiang Smart City Transformation and Development Promotion Conference was successfully held in Baoshan District. At the conference, the Nanxiang Smart City Enterprise Service Center and Talent Service Center were officially inaugurated, and the Nanxiang Smart City “Nanchuang Cup” Landscape Design Competition was launched. The organizer, the Nanxiang Area Development and Construction Command Office, invited the authors of Shanghai's implementation guidelines for the north-south transformation initiative to explain the city's north-south transformation policies to attendees. More than 40 internationally renowned development companies, financial institutions, and digital economy enterprises, including CNEC-Gezhouba, CapitaLand Investment, Handing Capital, and Chinasoft International, participated in the event. The conference received extensive coverage from more than 10 national and municipal media outlets, including People's Daily Online, Guangming Daily, Economic Daily, CCTV News, Jiefang Daily, Wenhui Daily, Shanghai Media Group, and Shanghai Daily. New media platforms such as Tencent, East Money, and Sina Finance also republished the reports.

Nanxiang Smart City is located in the southwestern part of Baoshan District, between Shanghai's outer and middle ring roads, close to the city center. Covering a planned area of approximately 6.3 square kilometers, it serves as the northwestern gateway to Shanghai's central urban area. It is approximately a 20-minute drive from Hongqiao Airport and a 25-minute drive from People's Square. Nanxiang Smart City is one of Shanghai's five key areas designated for comprehensive transformation and one of the two core areas supporting Baoshan's development as a major hub for Shanghai's science and technology innovation center.

Synomebio was invited to sign an agreement and became one of the first synthetic biology companies to establish a presence in Nanxiang Smart City.
